Where the journey starts. Our Under-6 programme introduces football through fun, games and movement. No pressure, no scoreboards — just a love for the ball.
Ball mastery is the focus. Players learn dribbling, turning and basic passing through small-sided games that keep the ball at their feet as much as possible.
Players begin to understand positions and team shape. We build on foundations with passing patterns, combinations and the first taste of competitive weekend football.
Technical detail sharpens, with dedicated sessions on receiving under pressure, scanning and first-touch direction. Our U12 side plays in age-appropriate local leagues.
Our Under-13 side — instantly recognisable in the lime-green home kit — steps up into age-group competitive football. This is the year players start being asked to repeat standards under pressure: physical, technical and in the way they carry themselves off the pitch.
Positional specialisation begins. Players follow age-appropriate strength and conditioning protocols and compete at county-level tournaments.
Players are introduced to tactical periodisation, match analysis and individual development plans. Scouts and partner clubs begin to watch the group closely.
The bridge between the academy and senior football. Our U18 squad trains alongside the senior team and provides the core pool for promotion into the Santos Soka Senior team.
Where academy graduates step into men's football. The Senior side is the top of our pathway, fielding a core of players who came up through Santos Soka's age groups in Dagoretti.
The team plays a mix of competitive and friendly fixtures in and around Nairobi.
Trials happen year-round. Fill in the form and we'll get back to you with session times.
